Customized ZQ-13 Air Loader Undergoes Factory Testing for South American Customer

2026-10-30

On October 30, 2026, HNYT carried out a factory test of a ZQ-13 air loader customized for a South American customer. The workshop demonstration showed steady operation and firm bucket response as the machine moved through its working motions. Factory personnel operated the loader beside a short section of test track, with the air supply connected for the demonstration.

The video follows the yellow loader through changes in working direction and repeated bucket movements. For mine owners and purchasing teams, these workshop views provide a practical look at the equipment under test, including its rail-mounted chassis, bucket mechanism and local operating controls.

Bucket movement and slewing on the test track

During the demonstration, the operator turned the upper assembly to different working positions while the wheel chassis remained aligned with the rails. The black bucket was then raised above the body and brought back down towards the front of the machine. Front and side views make the relationship between the bucket, lifting arms and supporting chassis easy to see.

The repeated movements were smooth and controlled, with positive action through the lifting and return sequence. Observing these motions at the factory gives the team an opportunity to assess how the working mechanisms respond together. The photographs and short video accompanying this update document those movements on the test track.

For the South American customer, the factory demonstration provides a record of the customized loader in operation before its next project stage. Watching the bucket path and changes in working direction helps buyers understand how the machine will fit into their loading process. The current update concerns factory testing; installation and production at the customer’s mine are separate stages.

Pneumatic loading matched to the project

The ZQ-13 is a pneumatic shovel loader used to load broken rock and ore in mine tunnels. Its compressed-air drive and rail-mounted layout make the air supply, track arrangement and receiving mine car important parts of equipment selection. The official ZQ-13 product page lists a 0.13 m³ bucket as published model information; the final configuration for this customized unit should be confirmed against the order specification.

When selecting an air rock loader, the tunnel dimensions and rail gauge need to be reviewed together with the mine car and unloading arrangement. The available compressed-air pressure and flow also need to match the selected configuration. These details help HNYT discuss a suitable setup for the mine’s actual working conditions.
