HNYT packed and shipped the first batch of two 75KW mining traction motors to a customer's company on September 10, 2026. The customer is developing underground traction equipment and approached HNYT for motor selection based on the equipment's intended use and preliminary design parameters. HNYT recommended the YVF75Q AC traction motor, originally used in 20 ton trolley mining locomotives, for this application.

The customer's requirement began with an equipment design and the need to select a motor for it. HNYT used the intended underground traction application and the customer's preliminary parameter requirements as the basis for recommending the 75 kW model.
This project applies an AC traction motor for locomotive use to the customer's own underground traction equipment design. The first two motors have now been dispatched to the customer's company, completing the initial shipment following the selection work.
Before packing, the two motors were photographed on the workshop floor. Their output shafts were wrapped for protection. During packing, a motor was covered with plastic inside a wooden case, with timber bracing positioned across the top.
The packing photographs show both an open case and a closed case in the workshop. The shipment was then loaded onto a truck for dispatch to the customer's company. These photographs document the preparation and loading of the first batch.
