Two explosion-proof 2.5-ton battery locomotives were loaded today for shipment to a domestic coal mine customer. The two complete equipment sets will be used for ground transport, dispatching and the transport of equipment at the mine.
Each set consists of one 2.5-ton battery locomotive, two explosion-proof power supplies and one charger. The two sets were prepared with the specified locomotive, power supplies and charger for each set.
Each locomotive is powered by one 3.5 kW explosion-proof traction motor. Its two explosion-proof power supplies and one charger complete the specified set configuration.
Before loading, we carried out complete and strict factory testing to confirm that all functions operated normally.
During long-duration operation, the highest motor temperature did not exceed 65°C. This result was recorded as part of the pre-shipment test.
The tractive force remained stable above 6.5 kN during testing. Together with the functional checks, this provided a clear basis for confirming the equipment's operating condition before dispatch.
After the tests were completed, the two sets were loaded for shipment to the domestic coal mine customer. The loaded shipment included the locomotives, explosion-proof power supplies and chargers specified in the order.
For the intended ground transport, dispatching and equipment transport work, each locomotive was dispatched with the power supplies and charger that form its specified set.
