Full Digital Frequency Control System of JTK/2JTK type mine hoisting winches:

Spindle device of JTK/2JTK type mine hoisting winches:

Spindle device is the operation mechanism of mine hoist, and is the main load-bearing part.It take the hoist full torque, as winding type hoisting wire rope to withstand various normal loads(static load and dynamic load)and special load. Is mainly composed of the main shaft, bearing, bearing seat, bearing beam, drum, supporting wheels, plate, high strength bolt and other components. Spindle adopts 45#carbon steel forging, after two times nondestructive flaw detection, mechanical performance testing, in line with the national standard, practical and reliable performance, besides and coupling parts, no longer the other grooving on the spindle, not only ensure the strength and ensure the spindle rigidity, greatly enhance the security of the spindle and prolong the service life; Adopting the domestic main shaft bearing, watts, bearing, reliable operation, improved the efficiency of rotation.

Drum is made of 16mn high quality low carbon alloy steel plate welding forming, the roll deformation can quickly spread, after carrying the deformation and stress concentration, effectively improve the bearing capacity of roll and the fatigue strength. Drum after aging vibration stress re-lief to prevent the drum deformation after welding; Brake disc are all made of 16mn plank, resistance to deformation, wear-resisting.Can be made into split according to user demand, all the subdivision of drum and the brake disc, are probably ready in factory, can be used in the use of on-site installation, do not need to make any rework on site.

Double drums mine hoist using radial gear block of hydraulic rope adjusting method. When adjusting rope, through the work station control easily, with hydraulic clutch action, so that the spindle and activity produces relative rotating drum, adjusting fast and reliable.

The Structures of drums showing as below:

①0verall welding structure.This drum structure is overall welding, brake disc also welded on the drum at the same time.

②0verall welding structure.Brake disc is divided into two halves and connect drum with high strength bolt.

③some parts of Drum is welded, drum is divided into two or four parts, disc brake is divided into two halves, and connect drum with high strength bolt.

Disc brake is an important executive components of mine hoist and mechanism of dynamic system of hydraulic station, pipeline system supporting a complete set of brake system, suitable for hoist working brake and safety brake

Disc brake is a brake force generated by the butterfly spring, brake off by hydraulic oil pressure, brake force along the axial action type brake. The braking force size, use, maintenance and safe operation and adjustment of the brake force has significant influence on safety running of the whole lifting system. Installation and use unit must attach importance to it, to ensure safety operation.
