Working principle of JTP(B)/2JTP(B) Mining Hoisting Winches:

Spindle device is the operation mechanism of mine hoist, and is the main load-bearing part.It take the hoist full torque, as winding type hoisting wire rope to withstand various normal loads(static load and dynamic load)and special load. Is mainly composed of the main shaft, bearing, bearing seat, bearing beam, drum, supporting wheels, plate, high strength bolt and other components. Spindle adopts 45#carbon steel forging, after two times nondestructive flaw detection, mechanical performance testing, in line with the national standard, practical and reliable performance, besides and coupling parts, no longer the other grooving on the spindle, not only ensure the strength and ensure the spindle rigidity, greatly enhance the security of the spindle and prolong the service life; Adopting the domestic main shaft bearing, watts, bearing, reliable operation, improved the efficiency of rotation.
Drum is made of 16mn high quality low carbon alloy steel plate welding forming, the roll deformation can quickly spread, after carrying the deformation and stress concentration, effectively improve the bearing capacity of roll and the fatigue strength.
