We are excited to announce that our underground mining combo has been shipped to an overseas client. The shipment includes 2 ZQ-17 pneumatic air loaders, 2 Z20 electric rock loaders, and multiple 1m³ dump mining cars, forming a compact and efficient underground mining transport system.
The ZQ-17 pneumatic loader, known as the Chinese version of the 21B loader, features a 0.17m³ bucket capacity, operates on slopes less than 5 degrees, and is powered by 11kW+15kW air motors. The Z20 electric loader, custom-built with remote control functionality, has a 0.20m³ bucket capacity, operates on slopes under 5 degrees, and is powered by 10.5kW+13kW air motors. Both loaders can fill a 1m³ dump mining car in approximately one minute, maximizing underground productivity.
Paired with a 2.5-ton battery-powered locomotive, this combo is ideal for narrow and low-height tunnels, delivering high efficiency while maintaining safety standards.
