Our technical team recently carried out a service visit to an underground mining site to inspect the 8 ton battery underground locomotive. The inspection revealed no major issues, but some wear-and-tear parts and wiring were replaced to maintain peak performance.
The 8 ton battery underground locomotive is equipped with dual cabins, an explosion-proof design, and powered by two 15KW AC motors. With a load capacity of 70 tons, it is highly suitable for medium and large mining operations, offering variable frequency speed control for optimal transport efficiency.
After the service, the 8 ton battery underground locomotive was immediately put back to work, towing other equipment to the mine tunnel. Our team also provided valuable maintenance advice to the site’s maintenance personnel, ensuring the equipment continues to operate at its best.
